The Day Hospital situated inside the Alfea stables on the Viale delle Cascine that leads to the Presidential at San Rossore Estate is equipped with the latest veterinary facilities and allows all types of surgical procedures. Two closed circuit video cameras allow the observation of the surgical procedure and the subsequent reawakening of the horse from an adjoining room.
